The information published is general and is not an offer, quotation, warranty or technical advice for a specific case. Results, savings and examples mentioned depend on each building's conditions and are not guaranteed. Any service is governed by the proposal or contract we sign separately. This site does not sell products or services online.

The photographs in the Projects section show work carried out by Energine; for confidentiality we do not identify clients. Other images and videos on the site are digitally generated illustrative renderings and do not necessarily depict real projects, buildings or clients.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, design, photographs, videos and Energine logo are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party trademarks and logos (such as Schneider Electric, Armstrong, Control4, Tedee, ISEO and Matterport, among others) belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify products we work with or our relationship as integrators or partners; their use does not imply that those owners endorse this site.

6. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Energine is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, service interruptions, or decisions made solely on the basis of its content.

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, Google Maps or Instagram). We do not control their content or privacy policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. For users in Colombia, mandatory Colombian consumer and personal data protection rules also apply, and the relationship with Energine Automation S.A.S. is governed by Colombian law.
